This document has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ЗРУ-547 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”) dated 02.07.2019.
The purpose of the Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is to provide you with information on how MWWALLET FE LLC (registration number 2676068) processes your personal data.
In the Policy, the pronouns “we” and “our” are used to designate MWWALLET FE LLC.

Services or Service shall mean a computer program (mobile application, telegram application, web resources, etc.) known as MW-Wallet, as well as an address on the Internet https://mwwallet.net .
User shall mean an individual who uses the Service.
Other terms are used in the meaning ascribed to them in the Law.

When collecting, systematizing and storing personal data of Users who are citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, we use personal data databases on technical means physically located in the Republic of Uzbekistan and registered in accordance with the established procedure in the State Register of Personal Data Databases, as well as provide conditions and meet the requirements for personal data processing established by Articles 18, 19 of the Law.
Personal data used for the purpose of replenishing the wallet and withdrawing funds from the stock exchange are stored for 3 years from the moment the wallet is deleted or from the moment of the last activity (if all funds have been withdrawn from the wallet and it is deemed to be inactive).
Personal data used for the purpose of forming an invoice are stored for 1 month from the moment the document was issued in the name of the user.
Personal data used for other purposes are stored for 5 years from the date of carrying out actions related to the use of personal data. For example, personal data used to provide technical support.
We take all necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.
All information in the Services is transferred in a secure form with the use of end-to-end encryption algorithms.
Your personal data are processed in our personal data databases, which are subject to registration in the State Register of Personal Data Databases of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In order to perform the contract between you and us, to provide the Service, or with your consent, we may transfer personal data to our partners, including by means of their cross-border transfer.
We will receive your consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data in the event your personal data are transferred to countries that do not ensure an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
For the purposes of information interaction and providing technical support, which is the basis for providing the Service, we may transfer your data to:
a legal cryptocurrency exchange (a resident of the Hi-Tech Park, Republic of Belarus).
The data are transferred on the basis of a data processing agreement.
In some cases, we may process your data on behalf of the cryptocurrency exchange (you can review the partner’s privacy policy on its website https://www.free2ex.ru /).
The data are transferred on the basis of a data processing agreement.
In order to provide information access to services and information interaction with a credit institution and provide technical support, we may transfer your data to partner banks located in the territory with adequate personal data protection measures.
In some cases, we may process your data on behalf of a credit institution (you can review the partner’s privacy policy on its website (as a client of a partner bank, you are familiar with its policies).
The data are transferred on the basis of a data processing agreement.
Our Service provides informational access solely to the services that are implemented by partners (providers). All transactions are performed in the circuit of providers (cryptocurrency exchanges, banks).
In accordance with the Law you are entitled to:
1. know that your personal data are available to us, as well as to third parties, and to be aware of their composition;
2. receive information from us about personal data processing;
3. receive information from us about the conditions for granting access to personal data;
4. require us to suspend personal data processing if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the purposes of processing;
5. give consent to the dissemination of your personal data in publicly available sources of personal data;
6. apply to the authorized state body or court on the issues related to protection of rights and legitimate interests in relation to personal data;
7. amend and/or supplement personal data;
8. give consent to personal data processing and to withdraw such consent, save for the cases provided for by the Law.

Please note that we cannot delete the data about your cryptocurrency transactions from the relevant blockchain networks. For more details, read the privacy policy of the blockchain network you use.
For the correct and efficient operation of the Services, we use some Open Source projects:

● Tron - https://tronscan.org/
We also use the resources of the service provider in the field of purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies and those of the credit institution (partner bank).
We recommend that you review the privacy policies of these projects and individuals in order to obtain information about personal data processing by them.
We may periodically update and amend the Policy. We will notify you if changes significantly affect the processing of personal data.
